 This series of testing machine is mainly used to test the tensile strength,elastic modulus,tensile rate,σp0.2 of the

strand. Assembled with clamp, this machine also could carry out compression, bend test on metal, metalloid and part. The testing machine is not only quite up to the requirement of the steel stranded wire stretching testing of GB/T 5224-2003 Prestressing concrete, suitable for strand stretching testing, but also quite up to the standard of GB/T 17671-1999, suitable for cement mortar resist compression,resist break testing, and satisfies with the standard of GB/T232-1999, suitable for bend test of metallic material(need to assemble with interrelated clamp).

☆.configuration

1. computer system: this series of testing machine adopts DELL computer with three years’ free service, and can be updated as the users’ requirement, equipped with common extensometer and big-size strain gauge with the scale distance of 500.

2. hydraulic system: hydraulic component in this machine adopts the new products of china, the top company in China in order to ensure stability of the system. External tunable and pretightening force hydraulic chucking fixture has the advantages of little influence to subjectival rigidity, convenient to maintenance.

3. loading system: this system is improved based on the basic of our company’s product of WE series, it adopts non-obturating ring the way of slit seal between cylinder and piston. The system’s friction force is little in order to ensure the dynamometric system’s high degree of accuracy and long life. It also adopts imported high pressure gear pump with the advantages of cramped construction and low noise.

4. clamping system: it has partly modified design in the stressed span of pedestal on the top ,bottom mouth of tongs, enforces the intensity of mouth of tongs, meanwhile, reduces retaining angle of wedge grip and increases retaining length of sample. Tried to reduce the impairment outside of the testing piece, then, augment the chucking power on the testing piece. This system also configures separate oil sources retaining system, which top of chucking power is 200KN, to avoid the mutual interferer with the main oil source.

5. electric system: Electricial component getting in touch with the human body, such as button, hydraulic- electric component are all adopted the 24V electric power. It is safe to the operator, also Prevents winding from burning easily.

6. software system: self-made PA-201 card (PCI) has been integrated multi D/A diversion and amplifying function. This product all adopts digital form design, doesn’t include any tunable analog components, which can ensure the stability of the product. control software is written by the language of DELPHI, which is ceaselessly improved and perfected in recent ten years. in the operational efficiency,expandability,stability and intelligent, this soft has large progress.
